All virtual posters and accompanying audio/video files should be submitted by 26 February. You will soon receive an email directly from ePosters with detailed instructions for how to upload the poster and the presentations. 1) Virtual Poster specifications
2) Optional video or audio presentation to accompany your poster. Prepare a single video file, in .mp4 format OR a single audio file in .mp3 format.
3) Virtual poster discussion sessions You can sign up for a virtual poster discussion session that will be held on Friday morning (EST) 7 March to meet virtually with both virtual and in-person attendees via the ePosters platform. Please note that the virtual poster sessions are NOT FOR THE PRESENTATION OF YOUR POSTER but are for discussing your poster with other attendees. You will soon receive an email regarding signing up for your slot. | In-person poster presenters should upload their poster to the ePosters system by 26 February AND print out a hard copy of your poster for the conference. The dimensions of both virtual and printed posters should be maximum 42 inches x 42 inches (1.07 m x 1.07 m) 1) Virtual posters (required) and video/audio presentations (optional) In order for virtual attendees to view your poster, you will upload your poster and a video or audio presentation on your poster to the ePosters platform . We expect other attendees to use the ‘discussion module’ within the poster platform to directly engage with you during a slot on 7 March. You will soon receive an email regarding signing up for a virtual session. Please refer to the instructions above for how to prepare and submit your poster and optional video or audio presentation via the ePosters system except for recommendations on the poster size – you can upload a poster the same size as your printed poster (42 x 42 inches). 2) In-person poster presentation Poster boards will be available on Tuesday morning for hanging your posters, and posters can remain on the poster boards for the entire conference to enable maximum engagement with the attendees. Poster presenters will be expected to be at their poster during the in-person poster presentation period to which you were assigned. | Virtual podium presenters should record their presentation as a .mp4 file and upload it using this Dropbox link by Thursday 6 March at 5:00 pm EST. To assist the techs in queuing up your files at the correct time, please use the following file name format: Lastname_session#_time.mp4, for example: Perry_session3_10:30.mp4. You will be able to see your session # and presentation time once the program has been assembled. | In-person podium presenters should upload their presentation powerpoint file using this Dropbox link by Thursday 6 March at 5:00 pm.
